If you love kimchi and love to include this Korean favorite in your dishes, opportunities don’t get more serious than this.

The Sapling is organising an Innovative Food Creation event featuring USA Poultry and kimchi. Learn from a Korean chef about different types of kimchi, and how this traditional Korean pickle dish is used in contemporary Korean cuisine.

The event comprises a masterclass on kimchi and chicken, followed by a cooking competition on 30 July. The winner will take away prizes worth $1,600, including premium knives and $600 worth of The Sapling vouchers.

The top three winning dishes of the competition will also be featured at The Sapling Restaurant as special menu items for a week.
