HEART@Fei Yue, a Child Protection Specialist Centre (CPSC), is a community-based social work agency that provides home-based services and support to children and families who present with child abuse and neglect concerns.
HEART will be organising a Child Protection Carnival held at The Enabling Village on 8 October 2016. The community carnival will offer games, activities and information booths, as well as a stage programme to promote family bonding, positive parenting strategies and raise public awareness of child abuse and family violence.
The campaign is supported by the Ministry of Social and Family Development.
