At the end of the workshop, you will learn how to:
- Formulate and implement a career and development plan for employees who have disabilities
- Develop competitive and fair compensation and benefits by using a strategic impact approach
- Provide a fair basis for performance management by developing accommodation, disability disclosure and return-to-work processes.
