MINDS Reverse Job Fair highlights the potential of job seekers with intellectual disability and provides employers the opportunity to hire them based on their strengths and abilities, rather than their disabilities.

The event serves as abridge for employers to improve their understanding and perceptions about persons with intellectual disability (PWIDs) at work, to be connected to support networks, enhancing their disability inclusive hiring capabilities.
