EQUAL is a charity with Institute of Public Character (IPC) status offering Animal-Assisted Services to support children, youths with special needs, families and elderly since 2015 in Singapore. The Canine Programme Centre by EQUAL seeks to help beneficiaries develop social-emotional skills through experiential learning with rescued dogs.
