The Future Care Planning Resource Centre (FCPRC) serves as a hub that builds an ecosystem of support to strengthen sector capabilities through the provision of training and upskilling of social service agencies and community partners. Offering resources and expertise, the FCPRC works alongside community partners to empower persons with disabilities and their caregivers to plan early and confidently for their long-term care. The FCPRC is an initiative by SG Enable.
