The Enabling Village embraces the diverse abilities and needs of all individuals. We are committed to creating a community space that is accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to every visitor.
Accessibility at Enabling Village
Wheelchair & PMD Users
All public areas of the village, including restrooms, are fully wheelchair-accessible. Elevators are available at multi-storey blocks. Motorised wheelchairs and personal mobility devices are welcomed on the village grounds.
For your added convenience, wheelchairs are available for loan at the Concierge, located at the NEST block.
Braille Users
A braille map of the Enabling Village is available at the Concierge, located at NEST block. Lifts and stairways are also equipped with braille. Stay tuned for more developments in this area as we enhance the wayfinding experience at Enabling Village!
Hearing Aid Users
All event spaces are equipped with induction loops that transmit directly to hearing aids with T-Coils. Event spaces include the Grandstand at NEST block, Terrace at Playground block, Hall at UOB Ability Hub.
Service Dogs Users
Enabling Village is a service dog-friendly establishment. All guide dogs or assistance dogs are welcome.

Calm Space
The integration of natural greenery throughout the Enabling Village offers both shade and a calm, welcoming atmosphere—creating a serene environment for all visitors to enjoy.
Accessible Toilets
All public toilets within the Enabling Village are wheelchair-accessible.
Handrails
All wheelchair ramps and stairs are fitted with handrails on both sides, to provide stability and support for users.
Lost & Found
The Lost & Found is located at the Facilities Management Office at UOB Ability Hub.
Information and Career Centre
The Information and Career Centre provides information and referral services for persons with disabilities, and is located at the NEST block.
