Subsidised rates at Mount Alvernia Outreach Medical Clinic for 2017

Between 1 January and 31 December 2017, Mount Alvernia Outreach Medical Clinic at the Enabling Village will be offering a subsidised rate of $15 for consultation and medication for non-member patients with disabilities.

Please bring your relevant ID for the clinic to verify your disability status. CHAS card holders will pay either CHAS rates or the subsidised rate of $15, whichever is lower.
