A proud alumnus of SHATEC, Chef Riku began his culinary career as part of the pioneer team at The Marmalade Group. He played a vital role in the group’s expansion project and was heavily involved in setting up The Marmalade Pantry, Marmalade Toast and Marmalade at Home.
Riku has also spent years in Chinawith Le Platane Fine Dining & Brasserie and Fountain Wine Bar & Bistro; the Shangri La Boracay Resort & Spa’s restaurant in the Philippines; before returning to Singapore to manage the Tanjong Beach Club, The White Rabbit and New York Dessert Café. Riku is currently Director of Operations at Harry’s.
